Due to difficulties in authenticating a caller’s identity over the phone and email, we seek your understanding that the Board is unable to disclose any information relating to a specific CPF account over phone or email. This is for your own protection.

 

Your full CPF balances will be transferred to your bank account upon your request, after the closure of your CPF account.
