You will be notified if you are one of the nominees to receive the deceased member's CPF savings generally within 10 working days after the Board is informed of the member's death. To apply for withdrawal of the deceased member’s CPF savings, please choose the option that is applicable to you.

If you have not received any payment for the deceased member’s CPF savings, as an appointed nominee, you can apply to receive the deceased member's CPF savings by submitting the online form “Withdrawal of savings from CPF member who has passed away”.

If you have received payment before, but you were notified of new balances in the deceased member’s CPF savings since the last payment to you, you can apply to receive the balance by submitting the online form “Change payment details (for withdrawal of deceased member’s CPF savings)”.
