Can I use my CPF savings to pay for the transaction fee and lodgement fees when I buy a property?

You can use your Ordinary Account savings to pay for the following when you purchase a property:
 
  • Transaction fee levied by the lawyer's appointed bank
  • Lodgement fees levied by the Singapore Land Authority for the holding and disbursing of your CPF savings
