I am a self-employed person. Can I contribute to my MediSave together with my employees' CPF using the CPF Payment Form (CPF 91)?

You’re required to make your MediSave payable separately from your employees' CPF. This is because payments made using the CPF Payment Form (CPF 91) will be credited as employer contributions and will not be recognized as self-employed payments.
 
If you would like to make CPF contributions as a self-employed person, there are various ways to do so.
