I am unable to access certain digital services with my Corppass account. What do I do?
If you are having trouble accessing specific digital services with your Corppass account, follow these steps:
Ensure you are authorised by your Corppass admin or sub-admin to access the requested e-service.

Contact Your Corppass Admin: If your authorisation appears incorrect or if your authorisation validity has expired, reach out to your entity's Corppass Admin to authorise you for the digital service.
