Why was my Corppass Admin Account registration using Letter of Authorisation (LOA) rejected?
If your Corppass Administrator Account registration using the Letter of Authorization (LOA) was rejected, the notification email you received will specify the reason. Common reasons for rejection include:
Mismatched Details: The Corppass Administrator details in the LOA do not match the details provided in the online registration form.
Incorrect Entity Details: The entity details on the LOA do not match those in the UEN-issuance agencies. Verify your entity details through UEN Lookup.
Invalid Registered Officer: The Registered Officer (RO) who endorsed the LOA is a foreign ID holder or not registered with the UEN-issuance agencies. RO records are maintained by the UEN-issuance agency. Contact the issuance agency to make any changes.
Non-Registered Officer Approver: The alternative officer who endorsed the LOA is not a Registered Officer in ACRA or other issuing agencies.
Missing Identity Document: The approver’s identity document (e.g., NRIC or FIN) was not submitted with the LOA, preventing identity verification.
Other Reasons: The Corppass team reserves the right to reject applications for other reasons deemed appropriate.
Carefully review the rejection notification and correct any issues mentioned before resubmitting your application.
