Pre-requisites:

1. You must hold a Singapore NRIC or FIN.

2. You must have the email address of one of your entity’s Registered Officers to notify them about your application.

3. If your entity was newly registered, please wait at least one day before applying.

Registration Steps:

1. Go to the Corppass Portal > Services > Register for Corppass > UEN Registered Entity.

2. Log in with Singpass.

3. Enter the Unique Entity Number (UEN) of your entity.

4. Enter and verify your email.

5. Choose an RO to notify about your application and enter their email address.

   Note: Any RO within the organisation can approve your application, but only the RO selected by you will receive the notification email. ROs approving Admin applications will also need to digitally sign the transaction using the Singpass app.

6. Agree to the Corppass Agreement and Submit the application.
   

Your account will be created upon online approval by any Registered Officer (RO) of your entity.

What if I am the RO of my entity, trying to apply to be a Corppass Admin?
If you happen to be (one of) the Registered Officer(s) for your entity, your application to be Corppass Admin will be automatically approved (i.e. Registration Step 5 skipped) because of your status.
