MediSave Care is a long-term care scheme which launched on 1 October 2020. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 30 and above who are severely disabled (i.e. unable to perform three (3) or more Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)) can apply to withdraw up to $200 monthly from their MediSave account after setting aside a minimum amount of $5,000.

You can submit an application using AIC's eService Poral (eFASS), and arrange for a disability assessment by an MOH-accredited severe disability assessor.
