We will be providing refunds for:

• MyCash balances: MyCash balances will be refunded to your PayNow-NRIC-linked bank account by 31 August 2024.

• Passes: Any remaining passes will be prorated and refunded to your PayNow-NRIC-linked bank account by 30 September 2024. ActiveSG credits will be credited to your MyActiveSG+ account by 30 November 2024.

ActiveSG credits for Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and foreigners have been migrated, and can be used on MyActiveSG+. These credits are valid till 31 December 2025.

To receive refunds, ensure you have linked your NRIC to your PayNow or authorised a family member to receive your refunds on your behalf. We are not able to process refunds to your PayNow-mobile number. You can also register for PayNow-NRIC if you have a bank account with the following participating banks in Singapore:

• Maybank

• OCBC

• RHB Bank
