I have a valid pass. How do I enter the pool or gym if I did not bring my mobile phone?

If you don’t have your mobile phone, you can also share your mobile or NRIC number with staff, or scan the barcode of your physical ID (NRIC, driver's licence, PAssion card, student pass) for verification instead.

If you're a Singapore citizen aged 65 and above can, you may enjoy free entry to all ActiveSG swimming complexes and gyms. You will not need to buy a pass.
