You can ballot for peak hour slots 14 days before your preferred date from 12 midnight. You will have till 11:59 pm on the same day to place your ballot, with results sent the next day. Successful ballots are randomly assigned, giving everyone equal opportunities to receive slots.

You can also book non-peak hour and any unassigned ballot slots 12 days before your preferred date from 12 noon. You will have till your preferred slot timing to book. These slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Peak hours refer to:

• Mondays to Fridays, 6 pm to 10 pm

• Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, 7 am to 10 pm

Non-peak hours refer to:

• Mondays to Fridays, 7 am to 6 pm
