How will I know that the correct MyCash balance amount has been refunded to me?
The old Active Wallet, the e-payment capability, comprised: a) MyCash (stored value feature) and b) ActiveSG credits
You can still view your MyCash balance (as of 15 August) in your Active Wallet on the old ActiveSG app till 30 September.
Your refund amount should match your MyCash balance. If you've received the wrong refund amount or require further assistance, please contact our Quality Service Manager at 1800 344 1177, or contact us online at www.activesgcircle.gov.sg/contact
