Will I still be able to use my Active Wallet?
The old Active Wallet, the e-payment capability, comprised: a) MyCash (stored value feature) and b) ActiveSG credits
As we have discontinued the Active Wallet feature, you will no longer be able to make Active Wallet purchases at participating merchants or earn ActiveSG credits with MyCash spend.
ActiveSG credits from the old ActiveSG app have been migrated to MyActiveSG+ and can be used at https://activesg.gov.sg. Any unused MyCash should have been refunded to your PayNow-NRIC-linked bank account by 31 August 2024.
