I don't have a Singpass account. How do I sign up for MyActiveSG+?

You will need a Singpass account and a valid mobile number to sign up for MyActiveSG+. We use Singpass for authentication and to ensure each member is linked to one account only.
If you are a child below 15 years old, you will not be eligible for Singpass yet. In this case, your parent will need to link you to their MyActiveSG+ account first. They will then be able to sign you up for programmes and buy passes for you.
If you are not eligible for Singpass, you may still purchase single-entry swim or gym passes over the counter. Approach our pool or gym staff for support with purchasing.
