Do I have to apply for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) annually or does it automatically renew for my child/ward annually?

You have to apply for the MOE FAS annually because we cannot assume that your financial needs and status would be the same annually. You need to go through the application process and submit the necessary supporting documents again and await MOE's approval.
