Can my son/ward apply to take Mother Tongue Language Syllabus 'B' (MTL'B')? (before 2024 FSBB batch)

MOE's educational goal remains to support and enable every student to learn Mother Tongue Language (MTL) at as high a level as he is able to. Students are strongly encouraged to continue to take their respective MTL at standard level throughout the 4 or 5 years in ACS(BR). MTL'B' is usually offered upon the following special considerations on a case-by-case basis: [For new PSLE AL system] Students who scored AL 7 or 8 in standard MTL OR AL B or C in Foundation MTL
