The practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is not considered a licensable healthcare service under HCSA. Advertisements of TCM service(s) will not be subject to advertising controls under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations.
However, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners must adhere to the Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners.
