You should review and update your household information whenever there are changes to your household (e.g. when you move house, when there are new additions to your household).
Please write to us or call 1800-222-3399 should you wish to request to update your household information. Alternatively, you may visit the Household Check e-Service and click “login to access the MediShield Life e-Service”.
