What should I do if I lose my Entry Permit?

An Entry Permit is issued only once to a permanent resident. The loss of the Entry Permit does not affect your PR status. However, you will be required to make a police report if you lose it. There is no replacement for it. Please ensure that your Re-Entry Permit remains valid when you are outside Singapore.
